Congratulations! Aimix AJY35 Mobile Concrete Batching Plant Was Installed in Indonesia successfully in Dec. 2021. After half of one month’s installation and debugging, the concrete mixing plant was working normally at the construction sites. Here are some pictures that were taken on site.
From the picture, we can see that the AJY35 mobile concrete batch plant adopts JS750 twin shaft concrete mixer to blend concrete mixture, which can ensure even mixing effect. The customer choose a simple silo to store cement to reduce the total cost. The concrete batching machine can store and weigh aggregate at the beginning of the whole process. In general, the mobile concrete plant for sale uses the belt feeding method to transport the aggregate to the waiting hopper. Below the concrete mixer, there is a small control room containing a control system. The customer can get control the working processes via the control panel.
With small capacity, the ABJ35 concrete plant is very suitable for small and medium construction projects. In addition, compared with large capacity concrete plant for sale, the mini batching plant is cheaper and help save a lot of costs. If for large projects, it is better to choose AJ series stationary concrete plant.
