Main Systems of AIMIX Stationary Concrete Batching Plants

1.Storage System

1)Cement silo

The cement silo is used to store cement and flying ash, which is supported by four legs. The whole silo adopts anti-weary steel materials. It has welded type and Bolt type. The most important thing is that our cement silo is designed reasonably in accordance with the social environment development requirements. On the upper of cement silo is dust collecting device. It can prevent the cement from leaking, which benefits the environment protection.

Besides, the cement silo has arch broken device to avoid cement bond, which can greatly improve materials delivery speed.

2)Concrete batching machine

Our stationary concrete batching machine use PLD series concrete batcher, which consists of feeding system, weighing system and electrical control system. It is used to store and weigh aggregate. The machine can batch aggregate automatically. All weighing processes can be monitored through electrical control system, which can improve working efficiency. It adopts advanced famous brands with high reliability.

2.Conveying system

According to various materials, there are different conveying methods for various materials.

A. Hopper and belt for aggregate conveying.

For aggregate conveying, in order to meet different needs of users, our stationary concrete batching plants in Kenya have two kinds of aggregate conveying methods. They are belt type and hopper type.

1)Hopper type: Our plants of AJ-25, AJ-35, AJ-50 and AJ-75 usually adopt hopper feeding method. The hopper type plant is occupied a small area. It has simple structure and low investment.

2)Belt type: AJ-60, AJ-90, AJ-120, AJ-180 and AJ-240 adopt belt conveying way. This conveying method can convey materials with remote distance, high conveying speed, short production cycle, which can improve production efficiency.

B. Screw conveyor for powder material transporting

The screw conveyor is used to convey cement and fly ash from the cement silo to the weighing hopper. It is very suitable for conveying powdery materials. The screw conveyor adopts steel structure, which can prolong service life.

C. Pump for water and additives delivery

The water and additives are usually pumped into the weighing hopper.

3.Weighing system

Our weighing system of stationary concrete mixing plants includes aggregate weighing, cement and fly ash weighing, water weighing and additive weighing.

The aggregate is weighed through concrete batching machine. The aggregate can be weighed separately and intensively. The separate weighing can weigh different materials in separate weighing hopper at the same time, which can achieve high weighing precision. While in intensive weighing way, different materials in the hopper have to be weighed one by one.

The cement and fly ash weighing, water weighing and additive weighing all adopt advanced weighing sensor which can ensure high accuracy.

4.Mixing system

Our concrete plants mainly use JS series concrete mixers. The JS series mixers are twin-shaft concrete mixers, which can make concrete compulsory mixing. The forced mixing method ensures that the concrete can be mixed uniformly with high quality.

5.Control system

Our stationary concrete plants for sale in Kenya are equipped with electric control system. The whole plant can be operated through control system. The system has PLC computer and control panel, which is convenient for users to operate and maintain.

6.Pneumatic system

Working Principle of Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

The aggregate of sand and stone are put into PLD series concrete batcher through wheel loaders. The aggregate in the hopper can be weighed in separate or accumulated ways. After weighing, the aggregate will be conveyed to concrete mixer through belt or skip hoist. While the cement and fly ash are stored in the cement silo. The powder materials are transported to weighing hopper through special equipment–screw conveyor. Water and admixtures are stored in pond and additive tank. They both are delivered to weighing system through pumps. Same as aggregate, after weighing, powder materials, water and additives are conveyed to concrete mixing system.

It will take a few seconds to finish the mixing cycle. Tough with shorting mixing time, the concrete mixture still can be mixed evenly.
